Board of Trustees Calendar

All Board of Trustees meetings are held in accordance with , the Minnesota Open Meeting Law. Meetings of the board are open to the public except as provided by law, including disciplinary proceedings, employee performance evaluations, consideration of matters protected by the attorney-client privilege or consideration of strategy for labor negotiations. Board meetings are held at the 51勛圖厙 System Office located at 30 East 7th Street, St. Paul, MN unless otherwise noted.

Meetings are livestreamed, enabling the public to listen to the meeting online. The live stream is accessible from the Board of Trustees homepage. 

Meeting dates listed below are for regular committee and board meetings as approved at the board's annual meeting in June. Special or emergency meetings may be called and the regular meeting calendar is subject to change. Any additional meetings or changes will publicly noticed via this webpage.
